Corner Life is looking for an Office Manager with 3 years office management experience and exceptionally experienced with software like Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, pastel and others. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and coordinating office activities to enhance productivity and maintain a positive office culture
Min Requirements and Qualifications
Matric and an Office Administration Diploma qualification
3 years proven experience as an Office Manager
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Pastel/SAGE, Google Workspace)
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
Office Administration - Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Assist with Service level agreements and employees contracts
PA related duties to CEO
Staff Support - Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries
Communication and Coordination - facilitate communication between business units
Manage the office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments as needed
Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Salary: R10 000.00 a month
