A leader in the mineral and mining processing equipment is seeking an Afrikaans speaking Spares Sales Department Manager to join their Krugersdorp team, reporting directly to the MD. Client is seeking candidates with Krugersdorp or 15 - 20 min radius.Will also consider:Technical Services Manager (Mining OEM or supplier)Aftermarket Manager / Parts Manager (Mining equipment)Regional Product Support ManagerReliability Engineer (with career progression to leadership)Maintenance Manager (with commercial experience)Business Unit Manager – Mining Services Key skills and experience:Matric10+ years in the mining or mineral processing industry, dealing with processing equipment.Very familiar with equipment such as vibrating screens, crushers, feeders, etc.Hands-on experience with spare parts management, supply chain, or after-market service.Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront Skills:Technical understanding of screening equipment and components.Experience in inventory management, vendor relations, and logistics.Strong leadership, team development, and customer-facing skills.Outstanding computer skills – master of Excel, report generation, database management.
