As a blogger, you’ll be writing engaging copy for a range of marketing assets including website, blog, newsletters, social media accounts and search engine marketing. Among other things you will: Build and maintain brand messaging standards across our website and owned digital properties. Optimize existing web content to increase our organic search presence. Publish new website content (landing pages, blog posts, case studies, infographics, etc.) Work closely with key members within the company to establish and maintain service and product messaging standards. The ideal candidate is a talented SEO-friendly blogger, and has experience creating, managing, and executing a cross-channel editorial calendar. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute a cross-channel content editorial calendar aligned with our business goals. Build a network of bloggers and media outlets to promote our company content and digital assets. Use digital research tools to identify search trends and create content that optimizes organic search results. Collaborate with team members to generate new content ideas that demonstrate the company’s marketing and brand image. Skills & Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Writing, or Communications. Other backgrounds will be considered based on experience. 2-5 years of experience in blogging (own blog or company blog) Good command of WordPress Self-editing skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
