One of our clients based in Stikland , Bellville , are looking for a confident and accurate individual to assist with their Bookkeeping the ideal person will be responsible for the whole spectrum of bookkeeping and finance tasks within their young company. The Ideal person will takes charge and ownership of the finance operations, including but not limited to:1. SARS compliant records using Pastel Accounts2. Invoicing with follow up Debtor & Creditor management3. Bank reconciliation4. Payroll and agent commission calculations5. VAT reconciliation6. Cash-flow management7. Purchase order management8. Data Analysis including preparation of simple management accounts and performance reports (KPI’s)The person will be responsible to one of the three shareholders and working closely with the other , The person will be the initial point of contact in the Company for all queries around finance. Because the person will be working with confidential and sensitive data you will need to demonstrate, and earn, a high degree of trust and respect.
