Duties and Responsibilities:Establish, implement, certify, and improve Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO standards.Lead internal audits, document control, and standardization.Ensure regulatory compliance in the South African Mining sector.Support IPO preparation and governance frameworks.Align IMS with ESG reporting and oversee training & culture development.Monitor KPIs, report to management, and propose improvements.Minimum Requirements:Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, legal work status in South Africa, on-site presence required.2+ years experience with ISO management systems and document control.Degree/Diploma in relevant field preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Background in mining or resource-based companies.Experience with IPOs or compliance projects.Familiarity with South African mining regulations and international standards.Cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in Office, DMS, ERP systems.
