Duties and Responsibilities
The role of an External Sales Representative / Project Coordinator is to service the needs of a company's existing clients, respond to new sales inquiries, and to support the activities
of the internal sales team.
Project Coordinator
Ensure all project-related activities are met
Activity/Project
Stock Ordering & Delivery to site
Labour Arrangements & Confirmation to HOD
Logistics discusses to HOD
Full Planning and Report to HOD
Coordinating projects on site & Report
Feedback to HOD IGM on groups
All paper trails to be signed off and submitted to the workshop with an O/M Timesheet
POD and Invoices
Planning and Report
All planning to be done every Friday for next week's operation and meetings
Must be confirmed via e-mail /WhatsApp.
Reports
All Reports to correspond with weekly planning posted on Fridays.
Once meeting cancelled it should be reported to the GM and new date for
Meeting should be set.
Receive inbound customers sales inquiries and provide quotations,
product/service information, support, and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries
Promoting the features and benefits of the companys products/services.
Receive manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the companys products /services.
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop daily and monthly sales report
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Stay up to date with new products and features
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Submit timely report
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Negotiation
& Pricing, by negotiating contracts, assist with pricing schedules, and
manage client communications
Requirements
·
3+ years
of field sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector
·
Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
·
Proven
ability to prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
·
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
·
Solid
understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment
·
Valid
driver’s license and reliable transport
·
Willingness
to travel frequently within your territory
·
Grade 12 qualification
·
Self-motivated
and results-driven
·
Experience
reading technical drawings or specifications
·
Tender
preparation experience
