IT Request Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Request Fulfilment Administrator to join our IT Operations team. This role is responsible for processing and completing end-user IT service requests, including new user account requests, system access, shared drive permissions, and hardware requests.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of IT processes, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work accurately within defined governance and approval frameworks.



-13 years experience in IT administration, service request fulfilment, or access management.
-IT-related certificate (A+, N+, ITIL Foundation) is an advantage.
-Working knowledge of ITIL Request Fulfilment.
-Microsoft Office proficiency
