Responsibilities:
Calculating the required electrical systems, such as switchboards, cable reticulation and supporting systems, lighting plans, integration with PLCâ??s (including I/O lists and communication networks).
Calculating electrical demands and load profiles.
Producing electrical diagrams and drawings, including drawing packages for the contractors and sub-contractors.
Selecting components that meet the design and budget requirements and compiling accurate order lists.
Consultation with the sales, production and implementation departments regarding the organization and progress of the projects.
Complying with the schedule, budget, technical specifications and quality requirements of the projects.
Make adjustments for additional demands that emerge during the implementation of the project, registration of contract variations.
Support the Project Manager with preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising Junior Engineers.
Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.
Requirements:
Matric certificate.
3+ years in a similar role.
Must have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.

Computer proficiency.
Drivers license.
Knowledge of greenhouse construction.
Ability to work under pressure and have a positive attitude.
Knowledge of the packages including Inventor, SolidWorks, Navisworks or SEE Electrical.
