Minimum requirements for the role:A tertiary qualification in either chemistry or chemical engineering or environmental science, or a related field is preferred but not essential.Previous experience having worked within the water treatment or related industry is essential for the role.Previous experience having worked within the boiler and cooling and effluent treatment, and related markets is preferred.Technical knowledge of water treatment processes, chemistry, and equipment (boiler, cooling, wastewater, reverse osmosis, etc.) is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Fluent in Afrikaans and English.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing and growing an existing portfolio of Key Accounts within the Food and Beverage, Smelter and Surface Mining and related markets running trials at customers treating cooling water, boilers and effluent treatment.Preparing sales budgets and achieving your budgeted sales and profit plan.Manage and oversee all annual reviews of all strategic and major accounts in your region, in order to ascertain account status and set new mutually agreed to goals for the new year.Training and motivating your service team and accompanying them on sales and service calls at customer sites.Supplying monthly area reports on customer visits and presenting these to management.Servicing and monitoring existing applications and projects within the water treatment markets.Preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals and tenders.Driving growth by continuously focusing on creating and delivering customer value, leveraging the companys competitive advantage and product portfolio.Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.

Key Responsibilities
Training Preparation and Delivery
· Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions
in line with Comotrans approved training material and standards.
· Present material effectively, tailoring
delivery to learners’ existing skills, knowledge, and potential learning
barriers (e.g., language or cultural differences).
Assessment and Moderation
· Facilitate training in compliance with RTMS,
SQAS and TETA/SETA and QMS requirements.
· Conduct learner assessments and moderation in
line with TETA/SETA Codes of Conduct.
· Provide constructive and confidential feedback
to learners.
· Complete all Portfolios of Evidence (PoE)
accurately, maintaining security and confidentiality.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
· Candidate must have an eye for detail with
regards to the completion of documentation.
· Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and
training documentation.
· PowerPoint presentation skills would be
advantageous.
Professional Development
· Keep abreast of developments in SAQS/RTMS/TETA/SETA,
Safety, Health, Environment, and Industry Best Practices.
· Ensure all assessor and moderator
registrations remain valid and provide updated documentation to the Training
Manager.
Qualifications:

Accreditation:
• Valid
TETA Facilitator. (Assessor Preferred)
Experience:
·
Grade 12
Preference

Minimum of
5 Years’ Experience as Driver Trainer on Code 14 Side Tipper.

Valid
Passport.
·
Must have
previous driving experience from the Lebombo Border to Maputo Port (Must be
able to show passport stamps to validate experience).
·
Must be
able to drive, and assess, both Manual and Automatic.
·
Experience
in the following trucks mandatory. Scania, Volvo, Mercedes, DAF, and FAW.
