The main focus areas include servicing the CNC Lathe and Milling product range and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable customer business success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide electrical and mechanical services with a minimum of 5 years experience.Conduct maintenance and repairs on CNC machine tools at customer sites throughout JHB, DBN, CPT and PE.Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance.Train customers to operate machines to ensure maximum productivity.Document customer machine information and technical conditions while making improvement suggestions.Work within a cross functional team including applications, sales, engineering, or production.Act as an ambassador promoting products during installations and repairs.Manage software and files associated with machine tools.About YouMinimum of 5 years experience (electrical and mechanical).Matric or Minimum N3.Machine Tool Millwright Technician qualification preferred.Technologically savvy with experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Flexible to participate in frequent travel assignments.Clean record and a Good Health status.Go getter who is confident, self-motivated, and results orientated.FANUC Control Experience (nice-to-have).
