RequirementsMinimum of 4 years experience in maintenance management within fast food or retail environments.Recognized qualification as an Electrician or Fitter (trade test certificate required).Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and building systems.Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.Own car, valid drivers license and willingness to travel between stores.Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
