Job Summary: To manage the F&I debtors book and assist with the overall debtors and creditors processes of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations. Key Responsibilities:Debtors Management (F&I Book):Distribute monthly client statements (via Xpertek and Finance Department).Monitor daily banking activities for both the main and F&I bank accounts.Allocate payments and manage non-payments on Xpertek and manually captured deals in Excel.Capture monthly interest on Evolve.Perform monthly debit order scoping and loading for local clients via Xpertek and Business Online.
