Job Description: Manage the Bill of Material process and Audit there off.Set up & Control & Create Bill of MaterialsSet up & Control the Master data and linking to MII & Qmusik for correct data recording and printing.Lead and generate QRCI to investigate BOM concern.Manage the review of process FMEAs.Manage the review of process flow diagrams.Define and update cycle time in line with take time and standard operations and feed to establish manufacturing routines by releasing manufacturing process documents and process flowcharts.Ensure continuous improvement by capitalizing on lessons learnt and provide best practices using tools like; process productivity analysis, improvement action plans, production equipment performance, trouble shooting and problem solving process.Create and Maintain documents in line with volume increases, Engineering Changes and capacity studies.Ensure HSE are at all times adhered to.Job Requirements: National Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Process engineering or a minimum of 5years of experience in manufacturing engineering for process specialist.Advance SAP experienceMaster the whole tasks and is able to synthesize them within a production line/shop floor.
