Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related scientific field.Relevant laboratory training within a manufacturing or FMCG environment (soap, detergent, or cosmetics preferred).Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and basic quality systems.Skills & Experience:3–5 years’ experience in a production or quality control laboratory within a chemical or manufacturing environment.Practical experience with routine chemical analysis, raw material testing, in-process checks, and finished product evaluation.Ability to accurately prepare formulations, samples, and standard solutions.Competence in operating basic laboratory equipment and instruments.Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping and report writing.Understanding of safety, hygiene, and environmental requirements in a factory setting.Ability to work independently while supporting production and quality teams.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under production pressure.
