Description
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines such as milling and turning centres
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Carry out quality checks using measuring tools such as verniers, micrometres, and gauges
- Perform basic programming or programme adjustments where required
- Ensure parts are produced to specification and quality standards
- Maintain clean and safe working areas
- Report production issues and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified CNC Machinist or relevant trade qualification
- Proven experience operating CNC milling and or turning machines
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar CNC controls advantageous
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
- English and Afrikaans proficiency required
