Position Overview:We are seeking an eager and motivated Sales Representative with 3 to 5 years of experience in construction-related sales, particularly in the hire and sale of formwork and scaffolding systems. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who is passionate about growing client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the success of a leading construction supplier in Gauteng. Key Responsibilities:· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the formwork and scaffolding industry.· Promote and sell formwork and scaffolding systems to construction companies, contractors, and other key players in the industry.· Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.· Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding formwork and scaffolding solutions.· Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and identifying new business opportunities.· Regularly travel within Gauteng and surrounding areas to meet clients and expand the customer base.· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations.· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills:· 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the construction industry, specifically related to formwork and scaffolding.· In-depth knowledge of formwork and scaffolding systems.· Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.· Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications to clients.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.· A valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle.· Construction Management or Engineering certification is advantageous.
