- Extensive technical knowledge of township infrastructure, roads, bulk earthworks, relevant construction equipment, and industry-standard contracts
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including working with communities, clients, consultants, and supporting team development
- B.Eng Civil Engineering, B.Tech or Higher National Diploma - Construction Management or a B.Sc Construction Management
- Professional Registration with either ECSA or SACPCMP in an appropriate category
- A postgraduate or additional management qualification such as CMP attendance would be advantageous
- Minimum of 15 years experience post qualification
