This position suits a handsâ??on site leader with strong earthworks and production experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage and control all earthworks activities, including bulk earthworks, cut and fill, layerworks, platforms, and access roadsEnsure that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statementsSupervise site teams, foremen, operators, and subcontractorsCoordinate plant, equipment, labour, and materials to achieve production targetsMonitor daily and weekly progress and report against the programmeWork closely with planners, engineers, and project managersEnforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on siteMaintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress documentationEnsure that quality standards are met and manage inspections and testingAddress site challenges, risks, and variations proactivelyJob Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field510 years experience in civil construction with a strong focus on earthworksProven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site SupervisorSolid knowledge of bulk earthworks methods and heavy plant operationsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsAdvantageous Experience:Earthworks experience within mining or miningâ??related infrastructure projectsExposure to productionâ??driven construction environmentsKnowledge of QA/QC and HSE requirementsValid drivers licenseIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
