Front Desk & Client Handling

Answer basic client questions and direct them appropriately

Room Preparation & Reset
Prepare suites before sessions
Reset rooms between sessions (towels, water, cleanliness
check)
Ensure all equipment is ready and functioning
Client Guidance
Guide guests on safe, correct use of:
Infrared sauna
Cold plunge
Escalate any issues to management (no decision-making beyond
SOPs)
Facility Standards
Maintain reception and facility presentation
Follow daily checklists and SOPs
Log issues and hand over to COO as required

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
Morning pickup of staff

Expect 2 to 6 pickup and drop-offs per day,
depending on bookings.
Driving takes place in Durban and surrounding

Work is plus minus 20 working days per month,
Monday to Saturday.
⏰ You must be at the pickup point by 7:00 a.m. daily.
⏰ Pickups and drop-offs take place between:
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

This is a
driver-only role.
