Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies for solar PV and energy solutionsLead, mentor, and manage a team of solar sales engineers/consultantsSet sales targets, monitor performance, and drive team accountabilityIdentify new market opportunities and strategic partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersSupport the sales team with technical input, proposals, and deal closingCollaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful project deliveryPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for managementMinimum Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in solar or renewable energy sales, with experience in a management roleStrong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutionsDemonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsValid drivers licence
