Support Director within this fast paced Real Estate
Conveyancing practice processing a range of general Transfer matters, i.e.
Conventional, Sectional Title, Developments as well as Corporate Bonds working
from inception through to lodgement and registration phase. This role requires you to function
independently working from opening of files to final calculations, processing
all finance drafting independently, including all client liaison as well as all
Reporting
Post requires a highly competent Conveyancing
Secretary (possessing a minimum of 5 years general Conveyancing experience working
independently) Prospective candidates need to be
technically strong and have a background having worked within a high volume Conveyancing Department and possess the ability to produce whilst under pressure.
Grade 12, Conveyancing Paralegal Diploma, a stable
work record and contactable references are essential.
Remuneration package is negotiable and dependent on
skill set and related experience.

Bond Paralegal specialist to offer support
within dynamic Real Estate Conveyancing department. Your sound knowledge of
Bond Registrations (Residential Bonds) supporting Standard Bank is essential to
secure this role within busy, high volume Conveyancing Department. The ability to work independently from initial
instruction, drafting Bond documentation to lodgement and registration phase and final account drafting are
essential. Sound knowledge of all bank compliance requirements required. E4, Storedoc literacy essential to secure. Candidates with a progressive nature,
excellent team player mentality and solid client service skills required to
fill this role. A minimum oif 5 years Standard Bank Bond Registration
experience, Matric, Conveyancing Paralegal Diploma a stable work record with contactable references required. Remuneration package comprising of all large
