Pinetown, KZNKey Responsibilities:Plan and manage daily workshop operations.Lead and motivate workshop staff and service personnel.Minimize WIP below 50 open job cards.Ensure workshop cleanliness, standards, and tool/equipment maintenance.Manage spare parts availability with Parts Manager.Handle deviations, complaints, and technical issues.Increase service solution sales and communicate offerings to customers.Monitor workshop results, budgets, KPIs, and operational targets.Minimum Requirements:Trade-Tested Diesel Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic Certificate.5 years or more as a Workshop Manager in a commercial OEM workshop.Strong planning, leadership, and team management skills.Code 14 drivers license.Matric; proficient in English.
