Key Responsibilities:Capture, input, and update data in our database and relevant software systems.Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.Assist with document management, ensuring all data is stored securely and easily accessible.Support project teams with data analysis and report generation.Maintain and update construction-related data, such as material inventories, project schedules, and workforce logs.Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency across all systems.Provide administrative support as required.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Matric or equivalent. A qualification in Administration, Data captureing, IT, or related field is a plusProven experience in data entry or administrative roles (construction industry experience is advantageous).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience in construction management software (such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) being a bonus.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.Strong communication skills.
