Key Responsibilities:
- Capture, input, and update data in our database and relevant software systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with document management, ensuring all data is stored securely and easily accessible.
- Support project teams with data analysis and report generation.
- Maintain and update construction-related data, such as material inventories, project schedules, and workforce logs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency across all systems.
- Provide administrative support as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent. A qualification in Administration, Data captureing, IT, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (construction industry experience is advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience in construction management software (such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) being a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills.
