*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
*Focused on the accounting and administration of the Groups portfolio of solar pv assets, the incumbent would be responsible for:*
· Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
· Preparation of monthly reconciliations - follow up and clearing of reconciling items and queries.

· Preparation and filing of VAT returns and Companies Income Taxes.
· Managing the cash flows of the SPVs, including the arranging of financing of the solar pv assets together with the group FD.
· Quarterly covenant reporting to financiers.
· Preparation of annual financial statements for company, subsidiaries and affiliates and ensure compliance with IFRS.
· Facilitating the external and internal audit process.
· Compilation of information needed on various financial analysis and reporting.
· Ad hoc requests from departments for info, explanations, help, support etc.
· Ensuring compliance of internal control, IFRS and Companies Act.
