Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Good communication skills for coordinating with warehouse personnel, supervisors, and truck drivers.Ability to follow instructions from management and work in coordination with logistics teams.Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges, such as equipment malfunctions or cargo discrepancies. Attention to Detail and Safety:Strong attention to detail when handling fragile, hazardous, or valuable cargo.Compliance with all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to workplace safety protocols.Awareness of hazards related to operating forklifts around pedestrians, in busy environments, and near moving vehicles. Time Management and Flexibility:Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as required by the shipping schedule.
