This role requires a hands on person who is equally comfortable operating SMT machinery, high-precision manual soldering and cable assembly. You will be responsible for end-to-end assembly and ownership of the process, ensuring consistent attention to detail and rigorous quality standards from the first pass, must have ability to build in quality.Key ResponsibilitiesRaw Material handling: Ability to identify component types, values and counting & kittingSMT Operations: Set up and operate pick-and-place machines, manual place, apply solder paste via stencils, and manage reflow oven profiles.THT Assembly: Expert-level wave/manual soldering of through-hole components with speed and precision.Cable Assembly: Ability to cut, strip & crimp cables accuratelyMechanical Aptitude: Strong hands-on ability to troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on assembly equipment (feeders, conveyors, stencil printers).
