Duties: Creating and providing the WOW experience for the hotels guestUnder the general guidance of the Butler Supervisor, assists in all aspects of overall hotel operations which includes reservations, reception, concierge, travel desk, library, bell desk, business centre, guest relations, in room dining and private bar, as outlined in the SOP.
