The business focuses on replacing fragmented spreadsheet processes with structured, automated reports linked to validated data sources like SYSPRO.The Role: Junior SQL & SSRS DeveloperThe purpose of this role is to convert recurring spreadsheet reports into automated, system-driven reports aligned with business standards. It exists to replace manual processes with reliable data structures and live dashboards for production, operations, and finance. The main focus is engineering data structures and building reporting platforms that drive business value through real-time performance indicators.Key ResponsibilitiesPossess 35 years of experience at a junior level with specific exposure to SYSPRO.Convert recurring spreadsheet reports into automated, system-driven reports.Build and maintain reliable SQL data structures while ensuring alignment with SYSPRO.Develop live management dashboards for production, operations, and finance.Implement automated KPI validation and investigate discrepancies to ensure reporting integrity.Respond to urgent data requests and prioritize reporting improvements based on business impact.Maintain system stability, manage access control, and ensure reporting processes are documented.About You35 years of experience (Junior level) with specific exposure to SYSPRO.BSc in Information Technology.Proficiency in SQL engineering and SSRS report development.Experience in building automated reporting blueprints and live dashboards.Ability to quantify business impact through time-savings achieved via automation.Professional proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.Strong documentation skills and attention to detail for UAT.Commitment to data security and POPIA compliance.
