Duties: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.Manage the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes.Ensure full tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax) and coordinate external audits.Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies.Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), revenue recognition, and overall project profitability.Track project costs, accruals, and variances, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.Partner with project managers to provide financial insight and control project expenditure.Support contract management, including billing, claims, and cost recovery processes.Assist with cash flow forecasting, working capital management, bank reconciliations, and multi-currency transactions.Ensure accuracy of financial data within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and drive process improvement and automation initiatives. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12)Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
