Driver – Landscaping & Garden Operations
Location: Cape Town

Nature’s Blueprint is looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to support our garden and landscaping teams. This role is critical to keeping our operations safe, on time, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles and trailers safely and legally
Transport staff, tools, and equipment to and from sites
Perform daily vehicle and trailer checks
Keep vehicles clean, secure, and roadworthy
Report any damage, faults, or incidents immediately
Support site setup and pack-up where required
Requirements
Valid driver’s licence (Code 8 or higher; trailer experience advantageous)
Proven driving experience
Good timekeeping and reliability
Strong safety awareness
Ability to follow instructions and company rules

Duties Include:
Driving
to collect and drop off dogs for daily routine walksManaging
routine pack walks and ensuring the safety of the dogs in the pack as well
as others around youCaring
for dogs (feeding, cleaning, handling, and general supervision)Assisting
with boarding and day-care dogsGeneral
housework and maintaining a clean, safe environmentOccasional
overnight care for boarding dogs
Working Days & Hours:
Wednesday
to Sunday08h00
– 17h00Paid
overtime available, which may include sleepovers to tend to boarding dogs
Remuneration:
Competitive
salary based on experienceOvertime
paid when applicable

Nature’s Blueprint is looking for a hands-on Site Manager to oversee daily garden and landscaping operations across multiple sites. This role is for someone who leads from the front, understands quality, and can manage people, sites, and standards consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations and workflows
Supervise foremen and garden teams
Ensure SOP, safety, and quality compliance
Conduct site inspections and sign-offs
Liaise with clients professionally on site
Manage tools, equipment, and site setup
Identify and resolve issues proactively
Requirements
Proven experience managing outdoor teams or sites
Strong leadership and communication skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to enforce rules fairly and consistently
Valid driver’s licence
Landscaping / horticultural experience advantageous
