We are seeking an experienced Sage X3 Consultant to implement, support, and optimise the Sage X3 ERP system across the business. The role will work closely with finance, operations, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure the ERP platform supports business objectives, improves process efficiency, and delivers measurable business value.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines strong business process knowledge with Sage X3 functional or techno-functional expertise. KeyLead and support Sage X3 implementations, upgrades, and rolloutsEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirementsConfigure Sage X3 modules including Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply ChainTranslate business processes into efficient ERP solutions and workflowsManage or support data migration from legacy systemsDesign and maintain reports, dashboards, and system enhancementsPlan and execute system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation supportTroubleshoot system issues and work with vendors/partners where requiredEnsure system compliance, data integrity, and best-practice usageSupport continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and systems Minimum Requirements3+ years experience working with Sage X3 in a consulting or in-house ERP roleStrong understanding of ERP processes, especially in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing ?
