* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Nursing Administration
* Minimum of five years’ experience at Registered Nurse level in a specialty ward
* Output driven and goal directed
* Able to lead and motivate the nursing team
* Ability to focus during stressful times
* A pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital
* Excellent leadership abilities
* Excellent computer skills
