Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards that monitor relevant metrics. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; and translate data findings into actionable insights that support business decision-making. Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana) and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) to automate routine reporting tasks. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Statistics or a related quantitative field. Required Experience: At least 35 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development. Experience analysing large datasets to extract actionable insights and creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, or Grafana. Familiarity with ICT environments, including network topology, systems, data flow. Hands-on experience with BI platforms and data visualisation tools. Exposure to ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. Recommendations: Technical Certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI), Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), and/or Azure or AWS Data Analytics Certifications.
