Key Responsibilities:Develop marketing strategies that align with the organizations business goalsManage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertisingMeasure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experienceStay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologiesPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsMaintain consistent brand messaging across all social channelsIdentify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experienceCreate and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted contentInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies.
