This post would suit a progressive Bond
Secretary with sound knowledge of Bond Registrations and BC’s supporting
Nedbank and FNB. The ability to work independently drafting bond documentation from bond inception through to
lodgement and registration and final accounts
are essential. Sound knowledge of bank compliance requirements for the abovementioned
institutions required. MS Office, E4, LexisConvey
literacy essential to secure.
Prospective candidates would possess a

service skills essential. Definite experience having processed bonds working within
a high volume Conveyancing Dept. A minimum of 5 years

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Sell products by establishing contact
• Maintain and develop relationship with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
• Recommending solutions
• Visiting and quoting customers
• Following up on quotation
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
• Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards
• Invoicing customers and order stock to complete customer back orders
