Job Summary (not limited to):Carry out services and repairs on trailers, as per the OEM specifications.Attend to breakdowns in depot, on the road, normal and after hours.Inspection of trailers before/after work is performed.Accurate completion of job cards and workshop applications.Maintain a high level of technical serviceability of the trailer section by quality work and preventative maintenance in conjunction with the ISO standard.Responsible for timely prioritization of all operational requests, recognizing technical deficiencies, and implementing effective solutions in conjunction with the foreman and workshop manager.Requirement:Minimum of 3 years experience in this specific field.Diesel Mechanic recognised trade certificate.Grade 12 certificate.Must have welding experience.Must have auto electrical experience.Valid drivers license (applicants without a drivers license will not be considered)Own vehicle required to travel from home to work.Must reside in the STEELPOORT area / willing to relocateMust be fluent in English.Computer literate.Contactable references.No criminal recordRemuneration: To be discussed in the interview What we offer: Employment / Career Opportunity with one of the largest logistics companies in SA.Competitive salaryCompany vehicle to attend to breakdownsCompany cell phone for work related calls
