Key Responsibilities:Dealer Network ExpansionIdentify new dealer opportunities and evaluate market potential in line with OEM strategyLead the dealer appointment process, including site assessments, negotiations, and contractual agreementsOversee the timely onboarding of new dealers and ensure readiness for operationsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales teams to align new dealer openings with national growth objectivesDealer Performance & ComplianceMonitor and assess dealer adherence to OEM standards, policies, and corporate identity (CI) requirementsConduct regular dealer audits, inspections, and operational assessmentsSupport dealers in improving operational performance, customer service, and profitabilityProvide guidance and training to dealers on sales, service, parts, and operational best practicesOperational Support & Project ManagementSupport dealers with facility setup, operational processes, and initial workforce onboardingPlan and manage projects related to dealer openings, upgrades, or relocationsCoordinate cross-functional support from Marketing, Aftersales, Supply Chain, and Finance teamsEnsure all dealer agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements are complete and accurateRelationship Management & Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary liaison between OEM management and dealer partnersBuild long-term, productive relationships with dealers to ensure loyalty and retentionEngage internal stakeholders to drive alignment on dealer strategy, network expansion, and support initiativesProvide regular reports and updates to management on dealer network development, performance, and risksQualifications & Experience:Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Automotive Management, or a related fieldMinimum 810 years experience in automotive sales, dealer operations, oem environmentProven experience in dealer network development, project management, and operational supportStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skillsMotor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilitiesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsCommercially minded with the ability to drive dealer profitabilityExceptional organisational and project management skillsAbility to travel frequently and manage multiple dealer projects concurrentlyKnowledge of OEM processes, dealer operations, and market dynamicsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of
