Key Responsibilities: Oversee despatch department.Lead team of pickers and packers.Ensure despatch area is clean and tidy at the end of the day.Manage and prioritise all deliveries to be dispatch timeously.Keep constant communication with sales admin as to which invoices to manage priority deliveries.Communicate with in-house Couriers on the premises, re container, pallets, cages, pallet wrap, etc.Ensure accuracy with inventory control and correct records are maintained for local and national orders.Prevent shrinkage and losses in the Despatch Department, this includes the picking of orders of finished product, for distribution.Dispatch all outbound finished stock (Waybill, invoice).
