Finance ManagerReport to: CEO, CFO Location: White River, Mpumalanga Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections.Monitor and control expenditure in line with approved budgets.Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting.Review daily financial operations and key reconciliations.Manage cash, banking, payment runs, and working capital.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and legislation.Maintain finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.Coordinate annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.Prepare financial reports for management and Board.Manage donor reporting requirements and departmental spend.Oversee payroll and develop the finance team.Minimum Requirements:Education: BCom or BCompt; Professional Certification preferred.Experience: 5+ years in finance or accounting, 2 years in management.Knowledge & Skills: South African tax, budgeting, cash-flow management, Excel.Skills & Competencies:Financial and analytical skills, attention to detail.Understanding of internal controls, good communication skills.Proactive, solutions-focused, with planning and people-management skills.Desirable Experience:NPO or conservation environment background preferred.Experience in enhancing finance processes, BI Reporting.System Integration exposure, Board or Trustee reporting experience.No Cvs accepted on WhatsApp or EmailCommunication limited to short listed candidates
