Description
Minimum requirements:
Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
- Matric plus a relevant Hospitality qualification
- 1 - 2 Years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Lodge Anchor role
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of hospitality booking systems (advantageous)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Welcome and host guests with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest queries
- Coordinate daily lodge operations and ensure smooth front-of-house service
- Maintain excellent guest relationships and manage feedback
- Support management with administrative tasks, stock control and reporting
- Assist in coordinating activities, transfers, and guest experiences
