Key Responsibilities:Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports in line with IFRSLead group consolidations, inter-company reconciliations, and elimination entriesDeliver management accounts, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial insightsPrepare annual financial statements, Board packs, and audit schedulesAct as key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatorsEnsure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal governance requirementsProvide technical leadership on IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 9, business combinations, impairments, and revenue recognitionPartner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and strategic initiativesSupport M&A, restructuring, and investment activities, including due diligenceLead, mentor, and review the work of junior and group finance team membersDrive process improvement, automation, and reporting standardisation across the groupJob Experience and Skills Required:Education:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCA(SA) preferred or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA)Experience:Minimum 5+ years experience in a group finance or consolidated reporting environmentProven experience with statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory complianceExperience leading or mentoring finance team membersSkills:Strong IFRS technical expertiseAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsERP system experience (SAP, EMC or similar)Apply now!For more exciting vacancies, please visit:
