1. Bank Reconciliation • Capturing/Importing bank transactions into SAGE Evolution. • Reconcile bank balance to statement via SAGE.

Output:
New Product Development

* The main responsibility of this position is to effectively receive, store and issue raw materials and engineering spares into the stores to ensure that factory operations are not hampered by unnecessary shortages of these materials.
*Receiving*:
* All deliveries must be delivered at the stores by the receiving counter with other delivery note or tax invoice.
* Ensure that goods are received of the correct quantity.
* Ensure that all administration work for receiving, is up to date and provided to accounts for billing purposes.
* All goods received may only be received against an official purchase order. If no PO is available, one has to be received from the buyer or permission must be requested from the store’s manager if goods can be received.
* Receive and control diesel and oils.
* All spares must be placed at the receiving area for binning purposes.
* Copy of goods receiving note and delivery note or tax invoice must be filed for audit trail purposes.
* After hours deliveries are not permitted unless prior arrangements had been made with stock Controller.
*Binning*:
* All received stock must be binned in the correct area.
* Stock must be binned within 24 hours after receipt.
* All spare parts to be checked against existing parts before binning.
* Storage of stock as per required packing procedure and subsequent safety for both human and stock.
* If the spare doesn’t match the one existing in the bin the must be isolated to the holding or quarantine.
