* Jnr Fleet Controller
* Grade 12
* Mechanical understanding
* MUST have 5 Years'' MinimumLogistics/Transportation
Industry experience
* Daily checking and reporting of Fuel consumption of all
Vehicles
* Identify common problems in the Fleet and liaise with
the relevant Manager to implement the correct measures
to overcome and prevent them
* Order & manage fuel, toll cards, E-tags and Driver tags
* Monitor and alert suspicious fuel transactions
* Take Trucks and vehicles for service
* Checking of pre-trip performance using Tracing reports
* Completing of Insurance claims
* Opening of Incident reports for fleet incidents/accidents
* Manage Fleet tyre & reports
* Assist Factory with various tasks as and if/when required
* Route Planning
* Arranging and Managing Trips (Collections & Deliveries)
* Grade 12
