REGIONAL FACTORY SHOP MANAGER

My client, a giant in the manufacturing & retail environment is searching for a vivacious and robust Factory Shop Manager at their Cash and Carry store in Hammanskraal, which could ultimately develop into a Divisional Leader of the 3 Cash and Carry Stores. The candidate will be based at Hammanskraal but will have to be willing to travel to stores in Vereeniging & Krugersdorp on a weekly basis. We are looking for the best of the best for this demanding role.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing, Retail Trading or BCom degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior position in a retail environment
Ideally SAP super user, MS Office and MS Teams skills
Excellent communicator
Must have lead a team of at least 30 people
Ability to work long hours and Saturdays
Trustworthy, diligent and career-orientated.

Overall responsibility and accountability for sales and profitability of the business
Ability to follow guidelines and Group policies
Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to problems
Annual budget preparation
General administration
PowerPoint presentation skills
Excellent financial skills
Experienced in dealing with multiple branches.
