Minimum Requirements2.1 Education and Experience• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field.• 5–10 years proven recruitment experience.• At least 3–5 years recruiting within telecommunications, ISP, or technology sectors.• Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles is preferred.• Experience in high growth / project environments.• Experience working with hiring managers / executives.•Exposure to recruitment analytics / dashboards.3.
