You will be responsible for routine inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and managing the CMMS system for maintenance documentation and spare parts inventory. Your expertise in refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and cold storage operations will be essential in maintaining operational excellence and compliance with food safety standards. To succeed in this role, you should have a Grade 12, N3 Engineering qualification, a Red Seal trade test (Electrical, Millwright, Fitter and Turner, or Refrigeration), and preferably CAT B8 Ammonia registration. Forklift and tractor operator certificates are advantageous. A minimum of 3 years experience in medium to large production facilities, ideally in refrigeration, is required.
