Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical production processes in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitor plant parameters including pressure, temperature, flow rates, and alarms
- Take routine process samples and coordinate submission to the laboratory
- Maintain continuous oversight of processes and identify deviations or abnormal conditions
- Operate control room systems and respond to process alarms
- Perform on-site operational duties within the plant environment
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification in Chemical Operations or Chemical Process Operations
- N2 N6 Chemical Engineering (Operations-focused) or equivalent
- Practical experience in a chemical processing or production environment
- Experience working in a control room
- Experience handling and working with various types of chemicals
- Comfortable working at heights and within industrial plant structures
- Strong attention to safety, procedures, and process discipline
