Job Overview:The Medical Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of a specialist medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent patient service, and financial and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong organisational, leadership, and financial management skills, as well as an understanding of healthcare systems in South Africa.Minimum Qualification Requirements:A relevant tertiary qualification in Health Practice Management, Business Administration, Office Management, or Healthcare Administration.Additional courses or certificates in Medical Billing, Practice Management Software, or Human Resources will be advantageous.
