Key Responsibilities:Operate mobile crushing and screening equipment safely and efficiently.Conduct pre-start inspections and daily equipment checks.Monitor plant performance and report abnormalities immediately.Adjust plant settings to maintain production targets and product quality.Maintain housekeeping standards around the plant and work areas.Assist with plant start-up and shutdown procedures.Mechanical Assistance.Assist mechanics with planned and breakdown maintenance.Support repairs on crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, and related equipment.Perform basic mechanical tasks such as:Changing screens and crusher linersGreasing and lubricationBelt tracking and adjustmentsBasic component replacementAssist with fault finding and reporting mechanical issues.Safety & ComplianceComply with Mine Health & Safety Act and site safety procedures.Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.Identify and report unsafe conditions.Ensure lock-out and isolation procedures are followed during maintenance.
